PET Flakes. Bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate can be used to make lower grade products, such as carpets. To make food-grade plastic, the bottles need to be hydrolyzed down to monomers, which are purified and then re-polymerized to make new PET.

We are mainly producing Clear White Natural color, Green, and Blue PET flakes having International standards, following strict quality standards as per our customers’ requirements.

Hot Washed Natural Color PET Flake

• PVC less than 500ppm
• Labels and other impurities less than 100ppm
• Particle Size: 8-12mm
• IV: 0.6-0.71mm
• Moisture: less than 2%
• Melting Point: 250 degrees
• Packing: 25kgs bag, Super sacks, Jumbobags depending upon origin

Cold Washed, Clear Natural PET Flake

• PVC contamination: Average per container below 200 ppm, max per bag 600 ppm
• Labels and others: approx 200 ppm
• Particle Size: 8-12mm
• Moisture: less than 2%
• Melting Point: 250 degrees
• Packing: 25kgs bag, Super sacks, Jumbobags depending upon origin

Clear Natural Unwashed PET Flake

• PVC contamination: Average per container below 200 ppm, max per bag 600 ppm
• Particle Size: 8-12mm
• Moisture: less than 2%
• Melting Point: 250 degrees

Green Natural Hotwashed PET Flakes

• 100% PET green color flakes
• 0% PVC
